Pax Hammericana Publishing Joins Liberty On Tour

Keene, NH – With the deadline for advertising with Liberty On Tour quickly approaching, Pax Hammericana beat the clock joining a sweet cast of advertisers as our latest Mini Package.
Pax Hammericana is a new publishing company so I went to their about page and was pleased with what I read:
What is Pax Hammericana Publishing?

Pax Hammericana is a small but quickly growing publishing company intent on promoting eclectic writers and inspirational themes of freedom, justice and creativity through books, periodicals, merchandise and the whole menu of 21st century electronic gadgets. Our goal is to re-introduce forgotten writers, events, thoughts, and philosophies and to pay special attention to creative and innovative expressions today. Our focus is works that express the desire for human freedom. Our strategy is to be the very best at distributing interesting and educational products through multiple platforms.

What’s with the name?

“Pax” is the Latin word for “peace.” The phrase was used to describe the Pax Romana — the hundred years of peace — during the Roman Empire at the turn of the eras. The phrase has been used over the last few decades (often tongue-in-cheek) to describe the “Pax Americana” as the ideal and result of American power.

So the name really has nothing to do with any of that, except to express the hope for a more lasting empire — an empire of ideas built on the solid foundations of liberty, justice and wisdom.

What We Publish and Why

Pax Hammericana’s mission is to provide the finest in books, e-books, audiobooks and periodicals for intellectually curious individuals of all ages. We have a generally classical liberal orientation. We want to give you the chance to explore the prevailing ideas of our times in the areas which matter most — politics and religion, the forces which shape everyone’s lives.
One special mission close to our heart is to make uncollected, unpublished or out of print texts available in all the modern formats.
